The opening is a sensory delight: golden caramel intertwines with bitter almond, sparkling pink pepper, and juicy apricot, creating an addictive and enticing introduction. At its heart, honey brings an enveloping sweetness, contrasted with the vibrant freshness of rhubarb and the floral elegance of white flowers and rose, forming an irresistible fruity-floral accord. Finally, the base unfolds with depth and sensuality: smoky leather, creamy vanilla, velvety musk, and earthy vetiver blend seamlessly with labdanum, leaving an intense and magnetic trail.
It was unexpected. Smells unisex and for me leaned more masculine but I do enjoy it just don’t think I’d wear it!
I seen mixed reviews. The positive ones mentioned allowing the fragrance to macerate. I think since the bottle my sample came from is the tester bottle, it already had a chance to settle to all it's greatness. This is like nothing I've ever smelt before... floral, fruity, and spicy but all in a unique way. Thanks to this sample, I've ordered a full size bottle!
At first, I thought it was Pink Sugar by Aquolina, but more grown-up. Then I saw people comparing it to La Belle by JPG. And then I started to see the similarities. And I love both, so I guess it fits my scent profile. Each time I wear it, it smells a bit different to me. Still figuring this one out! And I got a bottle of this, it's so worth it! Thank you, Hidden Samples.
If I had to describe it... It's sweet, resinous, and jammy. Very fall/winter scent. This one is not for chilling at home since it might be a bit overpowering, it's for being out and about. Could be a formal occasion, but also casual.
