1. Shipping Methods

At Hidden Samples, we ship all sample orders via Spain Post (Correos). By default, we use standard shipping without tracking to keep costs as affordable as possible for our customers, with this shipping method being highly reliable in 99% of cases.

If you prefer Priority Mail and trackable shipping, you can select Priority Mail with tracking during checkout for larger orders (13+ samples) or upon request.

We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged package or defective samples, please contact us immediately at hiddensamples.info@gmail.com with a photo of the package and its contents.

2. Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €25 / £24 / $30 USD!

3. Processing and Delivery Times

Most orders are processed and shipped on the next business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Delivery time is calculated from the moment the order is shipped, not from when the order is placed.
  • Due to the complexities of international shipping, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, as they may vary based on location and customs clearance.
  • While shipping is often fast, especially within Europe, delivery times may be extended due to customs regulations.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Spain: 5-10 business days
  • Europe: 7-15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7-20 business days (up to 30 days in exceptional cases)

⚠ Important Note:

Shipments to countries outside Europe (e.g., Australia, Canada, the United States) or non-EU member states (e.g., the UK, Switzerland) may experience customs delays, which can extend delivery times.

6. Shipping Policy for Package Forwarding Services

We do not ship directly to South America or regions outside our listed shipping destinations. However, some customers choose to use package forwarding services.

Important: We are not responsible for loss, damage, or issues that occur after delivery to an intermediary address. Any problems related to forwarding shipments from the intermediary address must be handled between the buyer and the logistics company.

If you want added security for these types of shipments, we recommend selecting Priority Mail with tracking.

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to this policy and understands that Hidden Samples assumes no responsibility for shipments that include a second stage of delivery beyond our approved destinations.
