Incredible customer service
I bought a sample pack right before Canada Post went on strike. Once service resumed, I kept waiting for it to come but it didn't. I reached out to Alex and got an almost immediate response. When the parcel still didn't show up, he was super helpful and immediately sent me a replacement. This level of customer service is rare and needs to be celebrated. Everything was also beautifully packaged and professionally labelled.
(Re: the actual perfume, I quite like Khamra, although still prefer Qahwa...the rest of the samples I chose were not at all my jam, but that's not Alex's fault 😁)

I’m in love with this fragrance. I’d definitely consider it a true unisex fragrance. The opening is quite fresh, a little spicy, and floral. The dry down is what I really love. It’s very skin like. A soft vanilla with a subtle wood. I don’t get a lot of patchouli out of this fragrance which I’m happy about. Not extremely long lasting but lasts a decent amount, about 8 hours.
