At Hidden Samples, we strive to offer high-quality products and reliable service. Since we sell perfume samples, we apply specific policies for returns and refunds.

1. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hiddensamples.info@gmail.com with a photo of the package and its contents.

If the package or contents were damaged during shipping, or if you have not received your order, you must notify us within 2 months from the purchase date. After this period, we cannot assume responsibility for the delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, all perfume sample sales are final, and we do not accept returns, except in the following cases:

If the package arrives sealed and unopened, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving it.
If the product arrives damaged or broken, please notify us immediately with photos of the item and package, and we will evaluate the issue.

3. Returns and Refunds

If you meet the return criteria, please follow these steps:

Contact us at hiddensamples.info@gmail.com with your order number and issue details.
If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at hiddensamples.info@gmail.com.

4. Exceptions and Clarifications

We do not accept returns of used or opened products.
Refunds are not processed based on scent preferences, as the purpose of samples is to allow testing before purchasing a full-sized bottle.
In compliance with European Union regulations, EU customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, without justification. The sample must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
