Most standard sample orders are shipped in compact, mailbox-friendly packaging designed to fit most standard mailboxes.

In many cases, the postal worker may leave the package directly in your mailbox without prior notice or in-person handover. Please check your mailbox regularly after your order has been shipped.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your mailbox carefully, as most standard sample orders are designed for mailbox delivery.

When needed, our first solution is usually to resend the order so you can receive and enjoy the samples you selected.

We may be able to make changes or cancel the order if it has not yet been prepared for dispatch or shipped.
